By purchasing and enrolling in End the Itch: A Live Workshop to Create Your Child’s Healing Plan, you agree to the following terms:

1. No Refund Policy
   All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of this workshop and immediate access to materials and live participation, there are no refunds, transfers, or cancellations allowed.

2. Educational Purposes Only
   This workshop is for educational and informational purposes only. The content is not intended as medical advice and should not be considered a substitute for consultation with your child’s qualified healthcare provider. Participation in the workshop does not create a practitioner-client relationship.

3. No Personalized Medical Advice
   While this is an opportunity to get your specific questions answered for your child, this workshop does not include a personalized plan, diagnosis, treatment, or clinical individualized recommendations for your child. 

4. Parent Responsibility
   You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for any decisions you make regarding your child’s health and wellness following the workshop. Any actions you take based on the information presented are done at your own risk.

5. Intellectual Property & Workshop Access
   All content, slides, recordings, and materials shared during the workshop are the intellectual property of Jennifer Caryn Brand Nutrition. You may not share, distribute, or reproduce any of the workshop materials. You will receive access to the workshop replay, if applicable.

6. Technology & Access
   It is your responsibility to ensure you have the appropriate technology (internet connection, Zoom access, etc.) to attend the live workshop. Refunds will not be issued due to technical issues on your end.
