Clinical Coordinator & Client Support Specialist

Jennifer Caryn Brand Nutrition is growing, and we’re looking for the perfect person to support children struggling with chronic skin issues and their families. This is a part-time, virtual contractor position for someone who is detail-oriented, organized, and passionate about client care. If you’ve ever wanted to help families truly heal and create a seamless experience for clients, this is the role for you!

This is an opportunity to grow with the practice and work closely with Jennifer to develop the role further based on your experience and strengths.

What You’ll Be Doing

This role is essential to ensuring a seamless and positive experience for our clients. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Client Support & Coordination

  • Welcoming new clients and guiding them through the onboarding process.
  • Managing client communication via email, Practice Better, and other platforms.
  • Following up to ensure forms, labs, and intake documents are completed on time.
  • Scheduling and rescheduling appointments while keeping the calendar organized.
  • Handling administrative inquiries and relaying next steps to potential clients after assessment calls.
  • Keeping client payments up to date and ensuring smooth transactions.

Practice & Clinical Support

  • Organizing client records, case notes, and protocols for easy access.
  • Developing and streamlining workflows for onboarding, scheduling, and follow-ups.
  • Assisting in research.
  • Helping with online group programs and courses as needed.

Technology You’ll Use

We rely on the following platforms:

  • Practice Better
  • Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
  • Gmail
  • Zoom
  • Kajabi
  • Voxer
  • Dropbox

You should already be comfortable using most of these or be able to learn quickly. We’re happy to train you!

Bonus Skills (Not Required, But a Plus!)

  • Experience in functional or clinical nutrition (CNS is ideal!)
  • Knowledge of childhood nutrition, health, and wellness
  • Experience with client coaching (one-on-one or group settings)
  • Familiarity with creating client protocols, supplements, and lifestyle recommendations
  • Ability to interpret functional lab tests (stool tests, organic acids, etc.)

Media & Social Media Coordinator (Virtual, Part-Time)

Jennifer Caryn Brand Nutrition is growing, and we’re looking for a Media & Social Media Coordinator to help spread the word about healing chronic skin rashes in children. This is a part-time, fully remote contractor position focused on social media, outreach, and brand growth. If you’re passionate about helping children thrive and love creating engaging content, managing online communities, and growing a brand, this is the perfect role for you!

This is an opportunity to develop and expand the role based on your skills and expertise while working closely with Jennifer to increase brand awareness, engagement, and business growth.

Who We’re Looking For

What You’ll Be Doing

This role involves content creation, brand outreach, and social media growth to increase visibility and engagement. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Social Media & Content Creation

  • Manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok, and private Kajabi community).
  • Develop content calendars with engaging, high-quality posts (graphics, videos, captions, blogs, etc.).
  • Write compelling social media captions, email newsletters, and marketing materials that drive engagement.
  • Schedule posts using social media management tools (Later, Canva, etc.).
  • Engage with followers by responding to comments, DMs, and mentions to foster a supportive community.

Brand Growth & Outreach

  • Identify and pitch podcast, interview, and speaking opportunities for Jennifer.
  • Manage a pitch calendar and coordinate logistics for interviews and collaborations.
  • Develop & execute targeted social media campaigns, giveaways, and promotions (e.g., Black Friday, special launches).
  • Track and analyze performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions) to improve strategy.

Advertising & Digital Marketing

  • Develop and manage paid social media ads to reach the right audience and drive traffic.
  • Optimize social media strategy based on analytics and trends.
  • Experience with social media advertising & campaign management
  • Understanding of SEO, digital marketing, and lead generation

Technology You’ll Use

You should be comfortable with or willing to learn:

  • Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube
  • Google Drive (Docs, Sheets, etc.)
