Client Success Coordinator (Part-Time, Remote Contractor)

Jennifer Caryn Brand Nutrition is growing—and we’re looking for an experienced Client Success Coordinator (Contractor) to support children with chronic skin conditions (and their incredible families) every step of the way.
This is a flexible, part-time independent contractor role (5–10 hours/week to start, with room to grow). It’s perfect for someone who thrives on supporting people, managing the details, and building systems that keep everything running smoothly.
You’ll work independently (not as an employee) to support operations and client experience, while collaborating directly with Jennifer as needed.
Who This Role Is For
You’re a great fit if you:
✅ Are exceptionally organized and detail-oriented—mistakes don’t get past you
âś… Love anticipating needs and proactively solving problems
âś… Are warm, professional, and clear in all client communication
âś… Can confidently discuss pricing and logistics (this is not a sales role)
âś… Are experienced with or quick to learn project management systems
âś… Are comfortable building, documenting, and improving workflows and SOPs
âś… Are tech-savvy and adaptable (Gmail, Zoom, Kajabi, Practice Better, Google Drive)
âś…Â Have experience writing copy for email and social media (or are willing to learn)
âś…Â Have experience or familiarity with online/virtual businessÂ
âś… Are excited to contribute to work that supports healing for children and families
What You'll Be Responsible For
Client Experience & Coordination

Welcome and onboard new clients with clear, professional communication

Manage ongoing communication via Gmail, Practice Better, and Voxer
-
Track form submissions, labs, and follow-ups to keep clients engaged
-
Monitor payments, follow up on missed invoices, and ensure smooth transactions

Schedule and reschedule client sessions with sensitivity to time zones

Relay clear next steps after discovery calls or consults
Operations, Systems & Project Management

Set up and maintain a project management system (e.g., Monday, ClickUp, Asana)

Develop and refine SOPs to document internal workflows

Manage (and assist with implementing) internal projects, deadlines, and recurring operational tasks

Prepare client-facing resources, session materials, and launch logistics

Organize client records, notes, and documents for ease of access

Collaborate with Jennifer on backend organization, process optimization, and implementation

Compensation & Details
